R8 - update,release on the week

Hi again! The R8 is basically ready,damages had also been made,now only things there are left are:
-making the 4 paintjobs
-mapping scratchy textures to damage meshes.

DFF size: 1,52M,TXD Size: 1,49M yet. Expect them to be about 1.7 both.
